NL / UTRECHT / INGENIEUR JULIUSPUT Omschrijving - In de nabijheid van Stoutenburg ligt de Juliusput die Het Utrechts Landschap in 2000 heeft verworven. De Juliusput is een plas die is ontstaan ten gevolge van de zandwinning voor de aanleg van de naastgelegen A1. De Juliusput is diep: zo’n 16 meter. De plas is rijk aan vis en watervogels en soms laat ook de ijsvogel zich er zien. De Juliusput is niet toegankelijk voor publiek en er mag dus ook niet worden gedoken!
