Love wrecks? Then this time is a must!!
With a free descent down from the boat we reach a depth of around
20metres as we work our way out towards the reef. Following the cliff
around, it takes us to the deepest of the wrecks lying around
30metres. There are 7 wrecks sitting in this collection to explore and
makes a great back drop for any keen underwater photographers too.
After having an explore of the deepest wrecks we ascend back up
along the wall towards the shallowest of the wrecks and the most
intact of the wrecks.
The top wreck – the Masso – sits on top of the reef at around
18metres and still has a two metre brass propeller. This wreck is intact
and thus makes a wonderful wreck dive for Open Water divers outside
and for Wreck Specialty divers inside! We like to give you enough
time to explore this wreck before we make our ascent along the
harbour wall for our safety.
Whilst enjoying the wrecks we suggest paying attention to the sand
and the depths below you as it is a popular place to spot Angel
Sharks, Stingrays, Butterfly rays and much more!!
A dive which can be enjoyed by both Open Water Divers on the
shallow wreck and Advanced Open Water Divers (or equivalent).
