This is a very popular reef due to a beautiful cave system running through the south part of the reef. The depth inside ranges between 8 to 10m and around the reef it reaches 20m. The cave consists of two main chambers, one north, one south. They are connected by a lot of small channels and swim-thoughs. The chambers are closed with holes on top, which causes the sunlight to enter the cave creating a magical atmosphere. You have the possibility to see nudibranchs, snappers, goatfish and fusiliers. If you wish to do your own thing it's best to start your dive on the south end, stay at 6m and venture into the reef that way you are sure not to miss the entrance. |
